Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Customer Operations Specialist in Indianapolis to drive end-to-end performance for Engine Programs. You will coordinate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and sourcing to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost commitments.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, data analysis, and proactive issue resolution to translate customer needs into executable plans and to drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years’ Materials and Production Planning experience)
• Minimum 3 years Manufacturing Operations experience, Materials and Production Planning experience or GE Leadership Program Graduate in lieu of experience
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems; strong program/project leadership
• Document, plan, market, and execute programs; established project management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for GE Product Lines and manage day-to-day communications
• Drive schedule adherence, expedite priorities, and lead recovery plans for on-time delivery
• Lead operating rhythms with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and engineering to remove roadblocks
• Use data analysis to support recommendations and decisions
• Partner with Quality to meet customer requirements, specs, and regulatory standards
