Job summary

GE Aerospace in Cincinnati seeks a Program Manager responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer hardware programs in a shop environment. You will lead cross-functional coordination to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost expectations, serving as a technical and quality resource for the team.

You will manage customer communications, schedules, and execution plans to ensure hardware moves through the shop on time and to standard, while driving continuous improvement, budgeting, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program, project, manufacturing, or operations management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a national security clearance (e.g., DoD).
• Strong background in GE quality systems and aerospace quality standards such as AS9000 Nadcap.
• Deep understanding of First Article Inspection (FAI) and SPS systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer program, including all communication, meetings, schedules, and status updates for internal and external customers.
• Coordinate across a cross-functional team (manufacturing, quality, engineering, sourcing, planning, etc.) in the shop to meet customer schedule, cost, yield, and quality expectations.
• Oversee hardware flow through the shop, ensuring all required processes are followed, documentation is current, and operations are executed in the correct order.
• Ensure timely deliveries by proactively managing constraints, escalating risks, and driving problem solving to keep work on plan.
