Job summary

GE Aerospace in Indianapolis is seeking a Lead Customer Operations Specialist to drive end-to-end performance for engine programs. You will be the primary interface for GE Product Lines, coordinating daily on-site activities and guiding material plans within the shop to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost commitments.

You will lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and sourcing while using data analysis to support recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or 4+ years' Materials and Production Planning experience)
• Minimum 3 years Manufacturing Operations experience or Materials and Production Planning experience
• Certification in Planning and Inventory Management (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Product Line focal point: serve as the primary interface for GE Product Lines and manage day-to-day communications
• Delivery management: drive schedule adherence, expedite priorities, and lead recovery plans to protect on-time delivery
• Cross-functional leadership: lead operating rhythms with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and engineering to remove roadblocks
• Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks in operations, manufacturing, or engineering.
