Job summary

GE Aerospace in Evendale, Ohio, seeks a Supplier Fulfillment Leader to drive on-time hardware deliveries by coordinating across engineering, sourcing, quality, planning and supplier operations. You will build strong supplier relationships, assess capacity and readiness, manage PN commits, and lead NPI changes while applying lean problem-solving to remove constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sourcing/mfg experience.
  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, manufacturing or related supply chain.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive supplier execution to meet hardware delivery commitments.
  • Form and sustain strong supplier relationships with external vendors.
  • Assess and report supplier manufacturing capacity and readiness.
  • Lead on-site and off-site meetings to create action plans and drive accountability.
  • Influence internal teams across engineering, sourcing, quality, and planning.
