Job summary

Gen seeks a senior Customer Research & Strategy Partner in New York City, hybrid work with 3 days in the office. You will be a strategic advisor shaping growth, portfolio direction and customer experience by linking customer insight, market dynamics and commercial performance.

You will lead learning agendas, frame critical questions, and translate diverse inputs into actionable narratives that guide leadership decisions across Cyber Safety and Trust-based Solutions segments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer insight, strategy, consulting or closely related field.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders on major strategic or commercial decisions.
• Experience synthesising multiple data and insight sources into concise, decision-ready outputs.
• Demonstrated impact in turning insight into action across products, experiences or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to segment/brand leadership on strategy, performance and customer context.
• Frame and refine critical business questions and opportunities for growth and experience.
• Build clear, evidence-based narratives to influence senior decisions.
• Lead learning agenda and stitch insights into plans and priorities.
• Represent the voice of the customer in key forums and trade-offs.
