Fullstory seeks a Senior Customer Insights Analyst to engage with strategic accounts, delivering enablement and advisory services that translate data into actionable business outcomes. You will build strong partnerships, drive product adoption, and guide customers toward higher digital maturity with Fullstory data insights.

The role combines virtual and on-site delivery, with emphasis on building long-term strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Strong ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels.
• Experience overseeing customer project responsibilities in a consulting role.
• Excellent knowledge of Marketing, SaaS and eCommerce.
• Experience building integrations, innovative solutions and open-source projects.
• Experience with Fullstory or other digital analytics tools.
• Understanding of customer experience, UX, and product management best practices.

• Consult with customers to build relationships and derive business value.
• Help new customers deliver business initiatives and improve product value.
• Deliver enablement engagements via virtual or on-site delivery.
• Analyze data with Fullstory to surface insights and recommendations.
• Present recommendations to drive action and digital maturity.
• Advise on best practices to align with timelines and goals.
• Translate technical deliverables into opportunities for customers.
• Represent customer-driven trends within the Consulting Services team.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis while keeping recommendations.
