Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide analytics initiatives for the Marketing team and broader business. You will design advanced dashboards, oversee data frameworks, and drive data-driven decision making across Ryder units.

The role requires extensive SQL, Python, PowerBI skills and a track record in cloud-based analytics, data integration, and delivering impactful insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years in Applied Projects and digital transformation.
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis and cloud environment.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor key team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Design and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses across Ryder units to support Marketing strategy.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, and data assets leadership.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis from multiple systems.
