Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive complex analytics for Marketing and the broader business. You will design advanced dashboards, integrate data from multiple sources, and lead workstreams from concept to delivery.

You will manage data quality, partner across Marketing, Sales, IT, and other units, and develop scalable reporting solutions to enable strategic decisions. Strong SQL, Python, and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
• 6+ years in Applied Project experience with digital transformation and data management, Required
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business in a cloud environment, Required
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role as a key team member, Required

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards and analytical products for executive leadership
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments
• Perform customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity and lead data assets
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, and analysis across multiple systems
