Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics for Marketing and the business. You will design dashboards, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and translate complex data into actionable insights. You’ll manage data integration, quality, and scalable reporting across multiple systems to empower strategic decisions.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and BI skills, plus the ability to guide projects from concept to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Data Analytics; required.
• Master's Degree preferred in related fields.
• 6+ years in applied projects with data management and digital transformation; required.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis; required.
• 4+ years as an individual contributor; required.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling experience; required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of dashboards and analytical products; define scope and timelines.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across product lines; ensure usability.
• Lead customer/market analyses including sizing, share, growth trends and segmentation.
• Establish data accuracy, governance; lead data assets and quality checks.
• Oversee data acquisition, integration, cleaning and analysis across systems.
