Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to guide complex analytics that translate large data sources into actionable insights for the Marketing team and broader business. You will lead project workstreams, design scalable reporting solutions, and partner with IT and other units to deliver impact.

The role requires deep SQL, Python, and visualization skills, plus a track record of delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
• 6+ years in applied projects and data management.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis in cloud environments.
• 4+ years in an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical products for executives.
• Oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish data accuracy, governance, and analytics best practices across the team.
• Coordinate data acquisition, integration, cleaning, and analysis across systems.
