Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced dashboards and analytical products across Marketing and other units. You will plan projects, guide ad hoc reporting, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

You will integrate data from multiple systems, ensure data quality, mentor teammates, and partner with IT, Sales, and Marketing to deliver impactful business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 6 years in applied projects and digital transformation.
• 6+ years creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis in a cloud environment.
• 4+ years as a key IC member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of dashboards and reporting solutions for executive leadership.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish data accuracy and governance practices for reliable outputs.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems.
