Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst to drive complex analytics initiatives for Marketing and the broader business. You will design dashboards, integrate data from multiple systems, and translate insights into actionable executive recommendations.

You will lead projects end-to-end, establish data quality practices, and scale reporting across product lines. Strong SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud experience are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent; Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent; Preferred
• 6+ years in Applied Projects / digital transformation & data management; Required
• 6+ years in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis; Cloud environment experience; Required
• 4+ years as an individual contributor; Key team member; Required

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytical products for executive leadership; define scope and timelines.
• Design scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and business segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses to support Marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish and reinforce data accuracy, integrity, and governance across assets.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems.
