Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Lead Data Analyst within Customer Insights & Data Analytics to drive advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting across Marketing and business units.

You will guide projects end-to-end, integrate data from multiple sources, and communicate insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions. The role requires strong SQL, Python, PowerBI skills, and experience with cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
• 6 years or more in applied projects demonstrating digital transformation and data management, Required
• 6 years or more creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis and cloud environment experience, Required
• 4 years or more as an individual contributor key team member, Required

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced dashboards and analytical products for executive leadership and strategic initiatives, guiding complex ad hoc reporting requests.
• Design, enhance, and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across multiple product lines and business segments.
• Lead comprehensive customer and market analyses across Ryder business units to support marketing strategy and decision making.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy, integrity, audits, and data assets stewardship with leadership.
• Lead acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis of data from multiple systems to support complex initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
