Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to drive advanced analytics and deliver scalable dashboards and reporting solutions for the Marketing team and broader business.

This role leads analytical workstreams, partners across Marketing, Sales, IT, and other units, and translates complex data into actionable business recommendations. You will design and execute analyses, manage data from multiple sources, and communicate insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent, Required
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent, Preferred
• 6 years or more in Applied Project(s) experience: Experience in demonstrating, digital transformation, data management in an educational/project., Required
• 6 years or more in Experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business. Experience working in a cloud environment., Required
• 4 years or more in Works in an individual contributor role as a key member of the team that others rely on., Required

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reporting solutions and analytical products for executive leadership.
• Design and oversee scalable reporting frameworks across product lines and segments.
• Lead customer and market analyses, including sizing, share, growth trends, segmentation, to support marketing strategy.
• Establish best practices for data accuracy and integrity, act as data assets steward.
• Lead data acquisition, integration, cleaning, validation, and analysis across systems and tools.
