Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Hayward, CA seeks a Customer Development Manager FMS to manage assigned accounts and educate customers on Ryder services, including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management, and Dedicated Contract Carriage.

You will build relationships with customer buying influences, deliver contracted services, monitor satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with Ryder teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Transportation or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive sales and customer relationship management experience in prior sales responsibilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers to meet requirements and develop a penetration plan.
• Develop relationships with all customer buying influences and present Ryder services.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered and monitor customer satisfaction (CSI).
• Proactively anticipate problems and mentor new sales employees.
