Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in California seeks a Customer Development Manager FMS to manage assigned accounts and educate customers on Ryder services including Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, Lease Financing, Fleet Management, and Dedicated Contract Carriage.

You will develop sales penetration plans, build relationships with all buying influences, ensure services are delivered, monitor customer satisfaction, and mentor new sales staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of sales and customer relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers to meet requirements and present Ryder services.
• Develop account penetration plans and build relationships with buying influences.
• Ensure contracted services are delivered and manage customer satisfaction.
