Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Customer Development Manager FMS in the US West region to oversee assigned accounts and drive adoption of Ryder services such as Full Service Lease, Programmed Maintenance, and Fleet Management.

You will educate customers, coordinate with Ryder teams, and foster long-term relationships to meet business goals. Responsibilities include maintaining regular customer contact, developing growth opportunities, and ensuring service delivery while improving customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Transportation or equivalent experience
• Five (5) years or more demonstrated consecutive sales and customer relationship management experience in prior sales responsibilities required

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet requirements. Develop sales penetration plan and segment accounts by growth and risk.
• Present Ryder services and capabilities to customers and develop relationships with all buying influences.
• Understand customers’ business, goals and objectives and coordinate with Ryder departments to apply services.
• Proactively anticipate problems and provide operational performance information to customers.
