Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a food manufacturing client to start immediately. The role focuses on end-to-end order management, proactive communication, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in order management or related fields, with ERP experience (Plex preferred) and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in order management, customer operations, supply chain, logistics, or a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete customer order lifecycle from initial receipt through final shipment confirmation, maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Review and confirm order details, including pricing, freight terms, status updates, and issue resolution to ensure seamless execution.
• Take ownership of customer commitments by proactively identifying and addressing fulfillment risks before they impact delivery timelines.
• Monitor and prioritize open orders daily to align customer expectations with operations.
