Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategic customer programs and large-scale deployments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related discipline.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification preferred.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in global or multi-country environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer deployments from opportunity qualification through deployment, stabilization, and handoff.
• Own end-to-end accountability across functions and eliminate gaps between handoffs.
• Coordinate commercial, technical, and operational teams during solution design, planning, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Establish governance forums with customer stakeholders and internal leadership to drive alignment and timely decisions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on scope, schedule, readiness, risks, and decisions.
