The role unifies Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and market teams to align on commitments, manage risk, and drive customer adoption with end-to-end ownership and rigorous governance across multi-country deployments.

Qualifications

10+ years leading strategic customer programs and enterprise deployments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline.
PM certifications preferred (PMP/PgMP/PRINCE2/Agile/SAFe).
Experience in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams.
Experience with multi-workstream deployments and digital transformations.
Global or multi-country deployment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic customer deployments from opportunity qualification through deployment, stabilization, and handoff.
Coordinate commercial, technical, and operational teams during design, planning, and execution.
Establish governance forums and drive alignment, accountability, and timely decisions.
Ensure readiness and manage risks, dependencies, and handoffs across functions.
Provide executive-level reporting on scope, schedule, risks, and decisions.
Maintain program information in Brink's tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, MSP).
Drive customer adoption and successful transition to steady-state operations.
