Responsibilities

Lead strategic customer deployments from opportunity qualification through deployment, stabilization, and handoff.
Serve as single accountable owner for deployments, ensuring end-to-end ownership across functions.
Coordinate commercial, technical, and operational teams during design, implementation, and stabilization.
Maintain professional customer communications and internal transparency on status and risks.
Establish governance forums with customer stakeholders and leadership to drive decisions.
Ensure requirements and success criteria are documented, aligned, and managed.
