Job summary

Elastic seeks a Customer Architect with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search. You will act as a Trusted Technical Advisor, onboarding customers, ensuring adoption, and driving expansion across Elastic solutions.

The role emphasizes on‑site work with customers, collaboration with account and service teams, and a focus on achieving customer success and ARR growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Fluency in German & English is required for this role; French is a plus.
• Experience in roles like Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre‑sales Engineer with hands‑on Elastic or equivalent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account team to provide ongoing technical coverage and support while pursuing new deals.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure a successful technical journey from onboarding to adoption while driving consumption of Elastic solutions.
• Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align with customer goals.
• Identify and remove technical frictions to promote smooth adoption and implementation.
• Coordinate between customers and support to optimize the resolution experience.
• Work with Service Team to deliver personalized, frictionless solutions.
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
• Find opportunities for expansion to grow ARR.
