Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Customer Architect to drive adoption and expansion of Elastic solutions with customers. You will craft technical success plans, onboard customers, and align delivery with business goals, while collaborating with Field and Services teams in a high‑on‑site, customer‑facing role.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with Observability, Security, and Enterprise Search, plus strong communication skills and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Fluency in German and English required.
Experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre‑sales Engineer.
Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions and Elastic stack.
Ability to align Elastic solutions with business objectives.
Willingness to travel and work onsite with customers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage.
Define the technical success plan for each customer.
Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption.
Articulate the value proposition of Elastic solutions and align with business goals.
Identify and eliminate technical frictions for smoother adoption.
Liaise between customers and support for optimized resolutions.
Translate customer needs into technical requirements for Elastic solutions.
Identify expansion opportunities to grow ARR.
Foster ongoing customer relationships and increased solution usage.
Review consumption and suggest upgrades to drive value.
