Responsibilities

• Provide product and order management support to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Provide product and technical support by coordinating with product marketing, engineering, quality, and other departments.
• Maintain quote and order requirements and manage pre/post order support and escalation.
• Support Non-Conformance Requests with sales, customers, and installers as needed.
• Act as customer advocate balancing business needs with profitability.
