Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service / Inside Account Support.
• No sponsorship; must reside within 50 miles of Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and order management support to ensure customer satisfaction, value and business growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of customer order requirements.
• Provide product and technical support and solutions by coordinating with marketing, engineering, quality and other departments.
• Apply independent thinking and technical knowledge to meet unique customer application needs.
• Maintain quote and order requirements including pre/post order support and escalation requests.
• Resolve Non-Conformance Requests with sales, customers and vendors as needed.
• Act as a strong customer advocate while balancing business initiatives.
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and department efficiency.
• Collaborate on projects supporting Eaton Wright Line goals, including invoice reconciliation.
• Provide interim account coverage for vacated territories or growth.
