Job summary

Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative in Woburn, MA to support customers alongside account managers and business development teams. You will manage orders, quotes, and cross-functional communications to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

The role involves interacting with sales, operations, and leadership to drive rapid, profitable growth and gather voice-of-customer feedback for the organization. Strong emphasis on accuracy and responsiveness is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, multitasking office environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage purchase orders and delivery dates in the ERP system.
• Monitor customer portals and communications for updates.
• Facilitate RFQs and coordinate quotes with estimating and outside sales.
