Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER NAS division is seeking a Customer Account Solutions Representative within 50 miles of Worcester, MA. You will handle sales and support functions for internal and external customers, including order review, entry, and post-order activities, to drive customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to generate quotes, support technical product inquiries, and balance customer needs with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service / Inside Account Support.
• Sponsorship not offered for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Worcester, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales and support functions to drive customer satisfaction.
• Review and enter orders; manage pre- and post-order activities.
• Interact with customers daily to advocate for their needs.
• Generate and manage quotes; assist with technical product support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain quotes and orders; handle escalations promptly.
