Job summary

Castle Pierce Packaging, an established packaging and brand-printing leader in Oshkosh, seeks a Customer Account Manager to manage large accounts onsite. You will document and communicate project requirements, quotes, delivery timelines and quality specs, while maintaining strong customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have experience in printing/packaging, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with a hands-on, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in the printing/packaging industry with customer contact.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high accuracy, organization and completeness in all processes.
• Grow accounts through direct customer relationships and excellent service.
• Exercise independent judgement in account management with technical operations knowledge.
• Support sales efforts with data collection, reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and maintain Castle Pierce culture.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
