Job summary

Quad seeks a Customer Account Manager to optimize customer and company strategies across our platform, driving brand performance and profitability. The role requires independent analysis of customer requirements and collaboration with Sales, Production, Vendors, and internal partners.

Ideal candidates have 3 years in customer service or a print/marketing environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel for client consultations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems and make recommendations.
• Solid understanding of print industry processes and marketing services.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong math skills related to pricing and profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to travel in-state and out-of-state for customer consultations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize customer strategies across the Quad platform to meet objectives.
• Optimize company strategies across the platform to achieve performance targets.
• Analyze customer requirements to leverage Quad solutions for brand performance.
• Drive company strategies through all customer deliverables.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for partnerships.
• Apply knowledge of print/marketing services to operational decisions.
• Negotiate solutions affecting customer business operations.
• Track profitability and conduct reviews to optimize marketing strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Educate customers on print and marketing services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Vendors, and internal teams.
• Comply with food safety and quality policies and report concerns.
