Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an experienced client-focused professional to own customer portfolios and manage commitments from order to fulfillment. You will coordinate with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to ensure accuracy and timely delivery while addressing issues.

The role requires 2-5 years in customer service or account management within packaging or manufacturing, with ERP and Excel/SharePoint proficiency.

Qualifications

2-5 years of customer service, customer account management, supply chain, order management, or related experience.
Experience in display, graphic, packaging, manufacturing, or related industry preferred.
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and other business apps preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns assigned customer portfolios and commitments; primary point of accountability for execution and fulfillment.
Serves as main contact for requirements, inquiries, and service-related communications across internal teams.
Decides on order execution and routine issue resolution balancing customer needs with operation capabilities.
Processes customer orders and maintains accurate data in systems.
Coordinates with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and others to fulfill commitments.
Monitors risks, communicates status, and supports continuous improvement in customer experience.
