You will manage order processing in our ERP-driven system, verify specifications, pricing, and delivery, and coordinate artwork with the graphics team to keep projects on schedule.

• Experience in manufacturing customer service; printing/packaging a plus.
• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking.
• High attention to detail and documentation standards.
• Collaborates effectively across teams to support goals.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain order data in ERP-based systems to support on-time delivery.
• Review order specs, pricing, quantities, and delivery before release.
• Coordinate artwork communication between customer and graphics team.
• Monitor order progress across departments to align with expectations.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies, artwork concerns, and risks.
• Maintain documentation processes for visibility and reporting.
• Provide exceptional customer service with accuracy and accountability.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
