Job summary

Appleton Finn in Minneapolis seeks a service-minded Customer Service Account Manager to manage label and packaging projects from concept to completion, build product specifications, and partner with Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, sales reps, and manufacturing, coordinate order status, production progress, shipments, and inventory, and support lean and ISO initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management, project management, or customer service in printing or related field.
• Experience managing product specifications and supply chain/order servicing.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing team.
• Maintain communication regarding order status, production progress, shipments, and inventory.
• Expedite and track orders as required.
• Submit RFQs for estimating and ensure timely pricing.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to resolve customer concerns.
