Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Winchester, KY seeks a Customer Account Manager to be the primary interface for assigned accounts, managing forecasts, orders, shipments, and invoicing while coordinating cross-functionally to optimize supply.

The role offers on-site work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational performance through process improvements and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in customer account management, supply chain, or related function.
• Strong relationship management, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer and site contact for assigned accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Manage communications, forecasts, purchase orders, shipments, invoicing, and overall supply execution.
• Lead customer meetings, visits, and business reviews to ensure expectations are met.
• Support demand planning and S&OP processes through forecast reconciliation and risk identification.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to support product supply and commitments.
• Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor milestones, inventory, and risks; drive actions to closure.
• Understand customer contracts, PO requirements, and delivery limits.
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and related documentation.
• Participate in onboarding, lifecycle management, and project initiatives.
• Maintain audit-ready account records and KPI reporting.
