Job summary

Parker Staffing, LLC. is seeking an Account Manager to support pharmaceutical customers from Bristol, TN. This onsite role coordinates orders, pricing, and fulfillment with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in customer service or account management, preferably in regulated industries, with ERP and EDI experience. Onsite schedule Mon–Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in customer service, order entry, or account management.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated industries preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ERP experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and coordinate flow with Sales, Logistics, and internal teams.
• Process daily purchase orders in ERP and verify EDI transmissions.
• Track orders from entry to completion and resolve delays.
• Monitor account performance and address service concerns.
• Prepare weekly backorder reports and update customers.
• Verify pricing and resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and locations.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers for timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain for feedback.
