Job summary

Catalent is seeking a Customer Account Manager to serve as the primary customer interface for assigned accounts in Winchester, KY. You will manage forecasts, orders, shipments, and invoicing while coordinating with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.

Join a team that supports demand planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance. This role is onsite with standard business hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum three years of experience in customer account management or related field.
• Strong CRM, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of supply chain processes and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications, forecasts, purchase orders, shipments, and invoicing.
• Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and follow-up activities.
• Support demand planning and S&OP processes through forecast reconciliation.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure on-time product supply.
