Job summary

All State Fastener Corporation in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Customer Account Manager to join the team. You will serve as the primary contact for key accounts, coordinating inside sales, purchasing, and operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage quotes, orders, and supplier coordination, while cross-functional teams ensure accurate fulfillment and on-time delivery. Travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Sales, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service in industrial distribution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts, providing exceptional service and timely communication.
• Process RFQs, prepare quotations, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Create and manage sales orders through fulfillment, shipping, and invoicing with accuracy.
• Purchase backordered products and coordinate with suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Review and calculate international purchases, including tariffs, duties, freight, and landed costs.
• Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and logistics teams to meet expectations.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships through cross-selling and new product opportunities.
