Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of field operations or related management experience.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; excellent communication.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize freight order volumes.
• Analyze freight and staffing needs and plan accordingly.
• Dispatch drivers to trailers and schedule loads for delivery.
• Provide delivery schedules and issue information to drivers.
• Monitor in-transit deliveries and keep customers updated.
• Handle driver paperwork and data entry; create reports.
