Job summary

UNIT4 NV is seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Source-to-Contract Customer Experience team. You will be the trusted advisor to S2C customers, driving satisfaction, adoption, and long-term value realization from our Source-to-Contract solution.

You will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, delivering a value-driven experience and guiding change initiatives. This role offers full remote flexibility from Portugal or Poland and requires collaboration with Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client-facing role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of Procurement/Sourcing (S2C, P2P, S2P) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own the Customer Journey by designing CSPs aligned with client goals.
• Drive value realization through feature adoption and digital maturity.
• Be the Voice of the Customer; advocate needs internally and influence improvements.
• Lead strategic conversations with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Enable change management and promote best practices and innovative approaches.
• Identify growth opportunities with Account Managers for upsell/cross-sell.
• Resolve issues proactively as primary contact for escalations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Professional Services.
