Job summary

Corcentric is recruiting a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers, ensuring ongoing success with our platform-based solutions and maximizing ROI.

The role focuses on post-sales activities, onboarding, guidance, training, and strong executive relationships to drive retention and growth. Remote options are available for US Eastern Time Zone, with in-office offices in Cherry Hill, NJ, and Bethesda, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
• S2P, P2P or source-to-contract domain knowledge.
• 4+ years in SaaS Customer Success/Account Management.
• Experience managing 10-20 enterprise accounts as a consultative partner.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence across levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
• Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Willingness to travel 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client executive advocate coordinating internal functions to reach client goals.
• Primary contact for post-sales activities including onboarding, guidance, training, and account management.
• Cultivate executive relationships to reinforce strategic value of solutions.
• Structure regular business reviews with customer executives to review progress and value.
• Establish long-term success roadmaps with checkpoints across accounts.
• Monitor customer health indicators and take action to restore confidence.
• Identify opportunities to expand Corcentric footprint within accounts.
• Act as trusted advisor and coordinate with product, delivery, and support teams.
