Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience with renewal and expansion activities.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Eligibility for US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of GovWin IQ and Costpoint customers through onboarding to renewal.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships, align with business goals, and conduct value-based business reviews.
• Partner with Renewal and Growth specialists to influence renewal outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
• Proactively identify retention risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track customer health metrics and report insights using CRM tools.
