Job summary

FinQuery is seeking a Customer Success Manager II to act as the primary liaison for assigned customers, ensuring top-tier satisfaction, adoption, and renewals. You will partner with sales, implementation, product, and support teams to build robust success plans and monitor health metrics across accounts.

In this role you will drive expansion opportunities by identifying customer needs for additional products, manage renewals end-to-end, and communicate effectively through meetings and webinars,

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of customer success or account management in SaaS or software.
• Experience creating success plans and using data to identify health of a customer.
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable customers, coordinating with sales and implementation teams.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor health metrics and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Represent customer needs to inform product roadmaps and drive adoption.
• Lead customer meetings and webinars with clear communication.
