Deltek, Inc. in Herndon, VA is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the single point of contact for GovWin IQ and Costpoint customers, guiding them from onboarding through renewal.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, conduct value-based reviews to demonstrate ROI, monitor customer health, and coordinate with Renewal/Growth to influence renewals. • Serve as the single point of contact for a portfolio of GovWin IQ and Costpoint customers, managing the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, closely aligning with their business goals and strategies.
• Conduct value-based business reviews with customers to demonstrate ROI, communicate best practices, and monitor customer health.
• Partner with the Renewal and Growth specialist to influence renewal outcomes and support a seamless renewal process.
• Uncover expansion and add-on opportunities within your account portfolio to drive incremental growth.
• Raise awareness of product upgrades and Deltek news while handling day-to-day customer inquiries.
• Proactively identify risks to retention and implement strategies to mitigate churn.
• Attend in-person events and customer meetings to deepen relationships and drive engagement.
• Track and report on key customer health metrics using CRM tools to inform engagement priorities.

Must haves:

• Prior Customer Success or strong customer-facing account/relationship management experience.
• Minimum ~3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across senior customers.
• Ability to operate in client-facing, relationship-driven environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Eligibility for US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with Salesforce or Gainsight platforms.
• Familiarity with GovWin IQ or Costpoint products.
• Cloud, SaaS, or technical IT background supporting enterprise environments.
• Prior exposure to similar technical or customer success environments.

The U.S. On-Target-Earnings (OTE) for this position is $80,000.00-$95,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
