Job summary

Branch is seeking a seasoned Strategic Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of global, flagship accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, orchestrating cross-functional teams and driving value across regions and business units.

You will design AI-powered customer programs, lead executive-level conversations, and shape renewal and expansion strategies. This role supports remote work in multiple U.S. states with a strong emphasis on measurable ROI and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success or strategic Account Management with global flagship accounts (> $1M ARR).
• 2+ years in AdTech/MarTech with global or strategic-tier clients.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders up to VP/C-level across regions.
• Demonstrated AI solution advocacy and scaling across teams.
• Strong business acumen linking product capabilities to ROI and value.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle for a focused portfolio of global strategic accounts.
• Embed as trusted advisor across decentralised buying centers and multiple units.
• Act as quarterback for a global virtual account team across regions.
• Design and scale AI-powered customer programs with repeatable playbooks.
• Drive adoption and quantify impact across business units and regions.
• Lead expansion and upsell on retention-focused accounts with growth in whitespace.
• Lead strategic success planning, QBRs, and EBRs tailored to regional buyers.
• Navigate complex governance with MSAs, multi-region renewals, and procurement.
• Create executive presentations and business value documents to articulate ROI.
