Method Recruiting is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships for a portfolio of enterprise accounts in New York City. This highly consultative, on-site role focuses on onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization for a sophisticated client base.

You will lead executive conversations, enablement sessions, and product demos while coordinating with cross-functional teams to prevent churn and drive expansion.

Competenze

• Approximately 5–8 years of professional experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience may come from customer success, consulting, banking, professional services, or account management.
• Polished and credible enough to own relationships with enterprise and Fortune 500 customers.

Mansioni

• Own a portfolio of approximately 15–45 accounts, depending on segment and experience.
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, ongoing usage, and strategic account planning.
• Lead QBRs, executive check-ins, trainings, and product demos.
• Support renewals and identify opportunities for expansion and cross-sell.
• Troubleshoot needs and partner internally to resolve issues quickly.
