Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience.
• Masters 6+ years or PhD 3+ years.
• CCNP or equivalent certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handles a portfolio with complex or strategic accounts.
• Leads adoption initiatives with AI-tools to predict adoption challenges and drive value.
• Drives renewals interlock cadence and identifies expansion opportunities.
• Acts as technology evangelist and mentors others on TAPs and telemetry usage.
• Collaborates with Sales, Renewals, Finance and Operations to align renewal targets and growth levers.
