Job summary

Zafran Security is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Customer Success to join our growing team in the United States. You will split time between managing strategic customer projects and driving CS process improvements, partnering with TAMs, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure deployments and initiatives stay on track.

The role emphasizes automation, scalable playbooks, and data-driven decisions to enhance customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a B2B SaaS or customer-facing environment.
• Experience supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Account Management teams.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously without losing track of details or deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to internal teams and customers.
• Proficiency with Jira/Asana/Monday.com/Notion/Slack and Salesforce; Zendesk familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer projects (high-visibility deployments, enterprise rollouts, executive engagements) from kickoff to delivery.
• Lead initiatives to streamline CS workflows and automate manual tasks.
• Roll out new CS initiatives with planning, alignment, enablement, and adoption tracking.
• Identify automation opportunities across the customer lifecycle and collaborate with GTM Ops, Engineering, and system owners.
• Coordinate cross-functional handoffs across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Finance.
• Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and documentation for consistent operations.
• Manage multiple project plans, timelines, and dependencies with clear status updates.
