Job summary

Forcepoint is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Services to ensure customer success across deployment efforts. You will coordinate between the deployment team and Product Management, Engineering, and Support, owning relationships with enterprise accounts and guiding them through deployment, risks, and escalations.

This role requires strong PM, communication, and technical understanding to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in information systems environment supporting B2B customers.
• 5+ years of project management experience; managing multiple projects; PMP preferred.
• 4+ years in a Professional Services setting.
• Experience with Salesforce and PSA; familiar with billing and revenue recognition.
• Experience leading large complex global programs spanning multiple technologies, business units and time zones.
• Demonstrated experience in a technical customer support environment.
• Strong communication and executive-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• On-boards new implementation projects.
• Supports Enterprise Customer Support for business customers.
• Builds relationships with technical staff and Sr. Management from the customer side.
• Communicates product improvements to Product Management and Engineering during deployment.
• Conducts weekly account deployment status and risk reviews.
• Manages deployment team escalations with engineering and Tech Support.
• Contributes to Knowledge Base from deployment lessons learned.
