You will build, coach, and scale a high-performing CSS team accountable for activation, value realization, and lifecycle outcomes across a strategic portfolio of Quick customers, collaborating with CS COE and field roles to accelerate adoption.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior customer-facing roles with enterprise outcomes.
• 5+ years managing and developing customer-facing teams.
• Proven track record leading AI or technology adoption at enterprise scale.
• Strong executive presence influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a team of CSS owning end-to-end adoption.
• Coach CSS on executive engagement and value storytelling.
• Lead team operating cadence and ensure SLAs are met.
• Own activation and value realization metrics across portfolio.
• Coordinate with CS COE and field roles for scalable assets.
