Job summary

BillingPlatform is a leading SaaS provider delivering cloud-based revenue lifecycle management to global enterprises. The Customer Success Architect acts as a trusted technical and strategic advisor, bridging customer objectives with BillingPlatform capabilities.

Role requires strong finance background, SQL skills, and proven executive-level communication. Travel to customer sites may be required, with remote capabilities for fully remote work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Customer Success Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or similar role.
• Strong strategic customer relationships with a technical focus.
• Strong accounting or finance background with understanding of financial processes, data, and reporting.
• Working knowledge of SQL and basic coding concepts; ability to build formulas, create reports, and evaluate AI outputs.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical and financial concepts with senior finance executives (CFOs, VPs of Finance).
• Ability to collaborate across Customer Success, Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical advisor across all levels.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to develop and execute comprehensive success plans with clear objectives.
• Help customers optimize BillingPlatform usage through proactive performance monitoring and best practices.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during customer calls and governance meetings.
• Translate complex concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and strategic plans with customer leadership.
• Identify business process improvements and enablement opportunities based on customer needs.
• Evaluate requirements and recommend solutions based on risks, benefits, and platform capabilities.
• Coordinate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to resolve complex issues.
• Drive adoption via product demos, guidance, and strategic alignment.
• Communicate relevant changes to customers.
• Surface actionable feedback to Product and Engineering.
