Job summary

Upsun is seeking an Enterprise Billing Systems Architect to own and optimize our Quote-to-Cash stack, bridging Finance, Product, and Engineering for scalable revenue operations.

You will configure billing catalogs, price cards, and usage rating; integrate with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Stripe; ensure ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance; and drive automation and data integrity across the platform. This is a remote, cross-functional role requiring strong technical and financial fluency.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring enterprise Quote-to-Cash or billing platforms.
• Strong SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL workflows.
• Understanding ASC 606 and IFRS 15 revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Billing Infrastructure & Administration: configure catalogs, price cards, usage rating rules, and invoice schedules.
• System Operations & Maintenance: manage platform health, pricing launches, and issue resolution.
• Data Ingestion & Analysis: validate data with SQL and audit rating engines.
• Integrations & API Management: maintain API-driven integrations with CRMs/ERPs.
• Revenue Recognition Alignment: ensure compliance with ASC 606/IFRS 15 in pricing rules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Accounting, Finance, Sales Ops, and Product.
